The winter solstice, a profound celestial moment, marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. As we gather for this yoga and sound event, let us embrace the solstice's symbolism of inner reflection and the gradual return of light, inviting balance and renewal into our lives.
Our evening, in the glow of soft candle lighting, includes yin yoga, a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum and other sound healing instruments. The perfect ambience and soundscape to reflect on how we are experiencing this time in the ever-changing seasonal cycles.
