Yoga for the whole family to enjoy! Time to unplug and strengthen family bonds.
This class was created with the intention of: family connection, building confidence, improving emotional regulation, and having fun!
Create fun and lasting memories for the whole family while learning different relaxation techniques that will stay with you for a lifetime!
Cost: $40.00 per family. Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
Ages: Children ages 3-12 years with the company of parent(s) or guardian.
